Stew Chase 15K Road Race (Lynn, MA), maps and elevation profiles:

the course is nearly out-and-back, with less than half a mile separating start and finish. The course goes out for 4.87 then turns around and reroutes itself back to the finish. Overall the course is rolling, with one memorable hill around 4.4 mile mark.
