What are some of your favorite training routes?
Fresh pond, minuteman bike path, battleroad trail, Lincoln trails.
What are your favorite pair of running shoes?
Asics DS Trainers (2000 - 2002 model)
What is your training like (weekly mileage, specific workouts)?
Pretty consistenly in the 60's. Workouts happen very infrequently. Long run of at least 12 miles every weekend.
What running achievements are you most proud of:
Boston marathon and 2001 Baystate Half Marathon (third attempt to break 1:13)
What are your current training goals?
Stay consistent and remain injury free. Focus on a Fall marathon???

What other sports/activities do you enjoy besides running?
Hiking, Salt water fishing
If you couldn't run, what sport/activity would you do instead?
Tennis, biking, swimming, team sports - softball, basketball and soccer

Going to the beach

Finishing my MBA while working full time

Continue to build my family and spend more time with them

Baystate marathon Why? It has changed and is now very disorganized
What's your favorite piece of advice for injury prevention?
Run every day. If an injury starts to form, try training faster and increasing your mileage. This has worked for me several times in the past.
What advice would you give to newbie runners?
Train every day.
